Dr. Eger Spreads are created with a unique oil solidification process, which allows all of the ingredients to retain all of their original properties. With the main ingredient being semi-solid olive oil, the spreads are a great tasting, healthy substitute for margarine and butter.
Dr. Eger spreads come in a variety of flavors including: natural, garlic, basil, oregano, lemon and non-dairy butter.
