Dr. Eger has been producing extra-virgin olive oil for over 2 decades.
We take special care to pick only undamaged olives and bring them to the press within 12 hours of harvest. The fresh oil is stored in special containers under the proper conditions to prevent oxidation. This meticulous process ensures that the qualities and benefits are preserved in your bottle of olive oil.
